Yoga ~ Mindfulness ~ Breath

Through my years of practice and teaching I’ve developed a style of guidance that prioritses helping others learn to heal and care for themselves from the inside out. My approach is somatic, which means we’ll use the felt experience as the basis for our movement and quiet practices. Through yoga, breathwork and mindfulness we’ll strip back the layers of distraction that can prevent us from experiencing the beauty of the everyday.

My vision is simple:

To create and hold space for people to safely explore their inner landscape through breath and movement. To help people discover the innate wisdom of their body, and learn to trust in it.

Together we’ll nurture and support the inherent curiosity within and let it lead us towards a life of wonder and contentment.

There's no one that makes yoga as accessible and enjoyable like Jess does. Her flows are pure perfection, the energy she brings is so beautiful, and her breathwork and meditation practices are both energising and grounding.
