Info:
The weekend will include 4 practices incorporating both yin and yang asana, pranayama and meditation. We have the wonderful Clarissa cooking for us which really is a treat (she is magic with food) and she’ll be using as much fresh produce from both her own and Bore Place gardens as possible. There will be the opportunity to go for walks in the beautiful Kent countryside, explore the farm and generally indulge in some tree hugging, nature loving behaviour. In the evenings we’ll snuggle up by the fire, read books, chat, relax and unwind. If you are working on something in particular come with your questions and we can tackle those too.
The investment is £500pp for a shared room, £700pp for single occupancy (limited availability). £250pp deposit to confirm your place. Price includes everything except travel to and from the venue. All sessions optional and no, you don’t have to be ‘good at yoga’.
