Upcoming retreats
A retreat is the perfect gift to yourself, and it’s really not just about the yoga, stunning surroundings and amazing food. The benefits of spending time in nature, turning your phone off for a bit and moving your body are immeasurable. Lots of people come on their own and personally, that’s my favourite way to retreat. You can socialise as much as you like but there is also opportunity to have quiet time to yourself. Start that novel that’s been sitting on your bedside table for the last year, or simply laze by the pool or wonder through the grounds. Or bring a friend/partner and spend some quality time together without distraction.
