This retreat is designed to give you space to simply be. Through yoga, meditation and breathwork we’ll start to shed the layers of stress that accumulate through everyday city living. By clearing stagnant energy, we make space for authentic expansion. Space for the part of you that harbours your dreams and desires to grow. Space for exploration and true expression. This retreat is all about allowing the essence of each of you to shine.

Six nights luxury accommodation
Transport to and from Kea Port
Twice daily yoga practice: a mixture of energising vinyasa flow and soft, nourishing yin
Mindfulness and breathwork

Cost
All rooms are restored Kathikies (traditional Greek stone farmhouses) that date back hundreds of years, merging into the hill’s rocky habitat. Each one is unique.
All rooms come with ensuite bathrooms, an additional outdoor shower and private terrace.

About the venue
Located in Psathi Bay on the Greek island of Kea, this beautiful venue is tucked within a stoney mountain range and in front of a remote bay. Its virgin landscape, bountiful farm, and traditional design allow its visitors to enjoy the silence and peace of nature and authenticity of Greek culture.
This venue takes the best from Greek culture, celebrating nature, food, and life. In this stunning setting you have everything you need to rest, relax and reconnect with nature and your authentic self.
Getting there
For those of you flying into Athens, I recommend getting a 30 minute taxi to Lavrio Port where you can catch a 1-hour ferry to Kea Port. We’ll pick you up from Kea Port.

Jess is an amazing yoga teacher and her classes were energetic and invigorating yet she also combined fabulous teaching to encourage correct positions - with special inversion workshops. Highlights were the class yoga space, outdoor sauna, Jess’s, beautiful playlists, the 9 km guided coastal walk and hiking after yoga in the unspoiled Portuguese countryside awash with spring flowers. My retreats are inclusive, whether you’re travelling alone, as a couple or with friends. We come together to practice and eat but there is plenty of opportunity to have time to yourself too.

Not at all! This time is carved out for you - everything on the schedule is optional. These 6 days are a chance for you to relax and give your body what it needs.
