The Garden Suites
Nestled at the front of the property, the Garden Suites overlook lush gardens with distant lake views. Large patio doors invite a refreshing breeze, seamlessly connecting the indoors with nature.

The cottages, each with unique charm, are set across the landscape. All offer direct views of the lake.

The 2-bed Villa
The 2-bedroom cottage sits on a hillside surrounded by greenery, with sweeping views of Koggala Lake. It features floor-to-ceiling windows, a kitchenette, and a private pool with sun loungers for relaxation.
Rooms in the villa have double beds so perfect for couples or friends willing to share a bed.

Jess is an amazing yoga teacher and her classes were energetic and invigorating yet she also combined fabulous teaching to encourage correct positions - with special inversion workshops. Highlights were the class yoga space, outdoor sauna, Jess’s, beautiful playlists, the 9 km guided coastal walk and hiking after yoga in the unspoiled Portuguese countryside awash with spring flowers. The yoga I teach is suitable for all - I offer modifications and progressions whatever your level.

My retreats are inclusive, whether you’re travelling alone, as a couple or with friends. We come together to practise but I offer plenty of free time if you wish to have time to yourself.

Not at all! This time is carved out for you - everything on the schedule is optional. These 6 days are a chance for you to relax and give your body what it needs.
